Sunday is similar to what we saw on Saturday--just a few degrees warmer. All of Connecticut should be able to warm into the 60s this afternoon with the chance for a few isolated showers possible again.

Just like yesterday, a few showers could pop up across the state. Any rain would be light and short-lived, but we will track this chance again into Memorial Day. Most of the state will stay dry.

Temperatures will drop into the 40s and 50s again tonight with partly cloudy skies and calm winds out of the northwest.

The holiday tomorrow should allow for parts of CT to warm into the 70s. We should see a good amount of sunshine in the morning before a few more clouds later in the day.

If you are planning on being by the water, dress for those cooler temperatures. The Long Island Sound is still in the 50s, even as temperatures continue to rise over the next few days.

High pressure sets in over the east coast, allowing us to warm to near 80° by Tuesday. Thursday could be a little cooler with the chance for showers.

Rain could begin as early as late Wednesday for parts of Connecticut. We'll monitor rain chances through the end of the week and into next weekend.
