Two men were injured in a shooting in Harford on Sunday morning and two women and three men were injured in a shooting in Hartford late Sunday night.
Police said officers responded to 181 Homestead Ave. around 10:24 p.m. when they received several ShotSpotter notifications and 911 calls reporting gunshots.

They found one victim there and that person was taken to the hospital.
As officers were at the scene, four more gunshot victims arrived at area hospitals.

A woman who lives in Hartford said the Caribbean American Society of Greater Hartford was hosting some sort of Father’s Day event.
Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police Department, said police believe it all started with some sort of dispute between two groups and they think there were multiple shooters.

He said he was told hundreds of people were there, including families with children.
“I'm told there was at least 400 people there. I'm told there was families there. I'm told there was children there -- people running with children,” he said. “Thank God, no fatalities in the incident. Thank God no children were hit.”
NBC Connecticut approached people at the Caribbean American Society and they said they did not want to speak.
Police said all the victims in that shooting are in stable condition and the Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are investigating.
On Sunday morning, two men were shot on Main Street.
Officers responded to Main Street around 7:24 a.m. when they received a ShotSpotter notification and found two men who had been shot.
They were alert and conscious and transported to area hospitals.
Police said both were listed in stable condition.
